Ink & Travel SAS does not provide medical services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking services you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
- You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions
- You agree to comply with all policies described herein
Acceptance of these terms becomes legally binding once any deposit or payment is made.
3. Scope of Services
Ink & Travel SAS offers curated tourism experiences that may include:
- Travel planning and itinerary coordination
- Tattoo project consultation and artist coordination
- Accommodation assistance
- Cultural and tourism experiences in Bogotá
- Restaurant and nightlife recommendations
- Transportation coordination
- Tattoo session scheduling with independent tattoo artists
Tattoo services are performed exclusively by independent artists and are not provided directly by Ink & Travel SAS.
4. Booking Process
The booking process generally includes:
- Client submits an inquiry through the website.
- Ink & Travel SAS prepares a custom quotation.
- The client approves the quotation.
- A non-refundable USD $200 deposit is required to initiate:
- tattoo project planning
- artist consultation
- design coordination
- scheduling of services
No scheduling will occur until the deposit has been received.
5. Payments
All services must be paid in full before the client departs their country of origin.
Payments may include:
- tattoo project coordination
- accommodations
- tourism activities
- transportation coordination
- concierge services
- additional experiences
Prices may vary due to availability, seasonal demand, or third-party service providers.
Airline tickets must be purchased before tattoo sessions and tourism activities can be fully scheduled.
6. Travel Insurance Requirement
Clients must obtain international travel medical insurance before arriving in Colombia.
Ink & Travel SAS may assist in coordinating insurance through providers such as Seguros de Vida Suramericana S.A. or equivalent international providers.
Coverage may include:
- emergency medical expenses
- travel assistance
- accident coverage
- baggage protection
- trip cancellation
Clients remain responsible for verifying their coverage.
7. Medical Disclosure Requirement
Clients must disclose any relevant medical information prior to travel, including:
- pre-existing medical conditions
- mental health conditions
- chronic illnesses
- medications affecting healing
Travel insurance policies typically cover events occurring within Colombia and may exclude pre-existing conditions.
Ink & Travel SAS is not responsible for medical expenses related to undisclosed or pre-existing conditions.
8. Medical & Tattoo Liability Waiver
By booking a tattoo project through Ink & Travel SAS, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Nature of Tattooing
Tattooing is an aesthetic intradermal pigmentation procedure that involves:
- skin penetration
- open wound healing
- potential medical risks
Possible risks include:
- infection
- allergic reactions
- swelling
- scarring
- pigment loss
- delayed healing
Assumption of Risk
The client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with:
- tattoo procedures
- international travel
- tourism activities
- healing and aftercare
Ink & Travel SAS acts only as a coordinator between the client and independent tattoo artists.
No Medical Services
Ink & Travel SAS does not provide medical services and does not supervise medical procedures.
If medical complications arise, clients must seek treatment from licensed medical professionals.
Sedation Disclaimer
If the client chooses to undergo tattoo sessions under total sedation:
- sedation must be provided by a licensed medical clinic
- the service must be contracted directly by the client
- Ink & Travel SAS has no medical responsibility for sedation procedures
Tattoo Design Approval
Once a design is mutually approved between the client and the tattoo artist:
- the design is considered final
- further modifications may require additional fees
Healing and Aftercare
Clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in:
- infections
- poor healing
- color fading
- scarring
Ink & Travel SAS and the tattoo artist are not responsible for complications caused by improper aftercare or negligence.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments made to Ink & Travel SAS are subject to the following policies.
Non-Refundable Deposit
The initial USD $200 deposit is strictly non-refundable.
The deposit covers:
- artist consultations
- tattoo project planning
- scheduling coordination
- administrative costs
Service Payments
Payments made for the following services are generally non-refundable:
- tattoo project coordination
- accommodations
- tourism services
- activity reservations
- transportation arrangements
Many services are reserved with third-party providers that operate under strict cancellation policies.
Client Cancellations
Clients must notify Ink & Travel SAS at least fifteen (15) business days in advance if they cannot travel.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of all payments.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be made at least fifteen (15) business days before the scheduled travel date.
Trips may be rescheduled within six (6) months, subject to availability.
Additional costs may apply due to price changes or new reservations.
10. Travel Disruptions and Force Majeure
Ink & Travel SAS is not responsible for disruptions caused by:
- airline delays or cancellations
- missed flights
- government restrictions
- natural disasters
- strikes
- force majeure events
Any additional costs arising from such events are the responsibility of the client.
11. Media Release
Clients authorize Ink & Travel SAS to use photographs or video recordings taken during:
- tattoo sessions
- tourism experiences
- promotional activities
These materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
Clients may revoke consent in writing at any time.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:
- logos
- images
- videos
- graphics
- written content
is the intellectual property of Ink & Travel SAS and may not be reproduced without permission.
13. Data Protection
Ink & Travel SAS complies with Colombian data protection regulations, including Law 1581 of 2012.
Personal data collected through the website may be used for:
- booking services
- travel coordination
- communication with clients
- customer support
Personal data will not be sold or distributed without consent.
14. Limitation of Liability
Ink & Travel SAS acts solely as a tourism operator and coordinator.

Clients voluntarily assume risks related to travel and tattoo services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Colombia.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Colombian jurisdiction.
16. Language
These Terms may be available in multiple languages.
In the event of discrepancies, the Spanish version shall prevail.
